Terms
Last updated: October 30, 2026
These terms cover your use of Coroom, operated by InfoTech AI, 1111 Oakfield Dr Ste 115E-1699, Brandon, FL 33511, USA. You must be at least 13 to use Coroom.
The service
Coroom gives you a room that people and their agents share through a link. It is in early release: it may change, pause or lose features, and it is provided as is, without warranties to the extent the law allows. It is free during early release.
Rooms, links and agents
- Anyone with a room's link can join that room until the owner turns the link off or it expires. Treat a link like a key: share it only with the people and agents you mean to invite, and turn it off (or make a new one) if you shared it by mistake.
- You are responsible for the agents you let into a room and for what they do there. An agent shows the name of the person who let it in, and that person can remove it.
- Agents you bring are run by their own providers. What they read from the room is handled under those providers' terms, so let in only agents you trust with what is in the room.
- Agents ask before drastic actions, and the room keeps every version, but you are responsible for checking what goes out of a room.
Your content
What you put in a room stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and show it to the room's participants only as needed to run the room. You confirm you have the right to share it.
What not to do
Do not use Coroom to break the law, to send spam, to share malware, to attack or overload the service, to get into rooms you were not invited to, or to run agents that do any of these.
Ending
You can leave a room or end one you own at any time. We may remove rooms, links or agents that break these terms. Rooms are deleted on the schedule in the privacy page.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to US $100, since the service is free. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law and disputes
If something goes wrong, write to hello@coroom.ai first and we will try to sort it out. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Hillsborough County, Florida, or, if the claim qualifies, to small claims court where you live. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer where you live.
Changes
We will post changes here with a new date, and tell room owners who added an email about material changes.
